The front desk staffs were super attentive and very accommodating. We ordered a Coupang delivery but could not find it. Turns out, the driver had delivered to the wrong building but the staff saw the picture, knew which building it was and even offered to bring it back for us on our behalf. We were so grateful and very surprised by their hospitality. We were at the family room with 3 of us and the beds were decent size. The room was a bit smaller than we expected but we had 4 checked bags, 4 carry ons + more shopping bags and they all fit! Location was good - there's a bus stop right in front or another one in 5 min distance that takes you to Parnas Mall/COEX area.

Location and price. The room was relatively affordable to its location. Plus the staff was helpful and nice.
The hallways could use a minor update but overall was very functional.

The room was quiet and at end of the hall. Location was convenient to trains, but a bit further from an airport limousine stop than other hotels. Easy access to 7-eleven on first floor and other stores around.
The hallway carpet had lumps and bumps making rolling luggage to the room harder. And there was a smell or something in the room that had me nauseous/dizzy for the entire stay on top of my own jet lag I was dealing with. Every time I left the room, my head cleared up no problem but every time I was in the room, I got headache and uneasy stomach. The 7-eleven was convenient and I spent a lot of time out of my room due to the sick feeling when I was in it. I do not recommend this hotel as the other ones I stayed at during my time in Seoul were much cleaner, and overall better experiences than this one.
