Cosy comfort in Twizel

Everything. Comfy, warm, cozy & clean. Brilliant hosts Margaret & Peter. Great position for village, tramping, bike riding , fishing or just exploring. Close to Canals, rivers, lakes, Mt Cook Village.....& more

Nothing.

Not what we expected

Warm, clean and tidy.

Arrived to tradespeople working around the property and driving tractors and utes close to the house. Owners house is 20mtrs away. Rules for sleeping in a bed (a laundry fee to clean a quilt that should always be cleaned after a guest is odd). Didn't feel nice.

One of my favourite places to stay!

I love this place, the hosts are warm and welcoming, the property is clean, spacious and a relaxing space to be. I always enjoy staying here.

Nothing, everything was great.

Very comfortable stay with great hosts. Spacious with good furniture and all required utensils. A lovely spot in Twizel.

Sadly, the only thing that went against this property was the shower. After a hard cold day a nice shower is what you really need and the shower in this property was a let down to say the least. What a shame because all other aspects , including the lovely hosts, Margaret and Peter, were top shelf.
