We really enjoyed our stay at YUCCA! The location is excellent, close to beaches and restaurants, with larger supermarkets such as Mercadona just a 15-minute walk away. We stayed in Flat 104 and didn’t experience any of the issues mentioned in some of the other reviews. Both check-in and check-out were straightforward, and most communication with the team was via WhatsApp, which made everything much easier and more convenient.
On the fourth day of our stay, the towels and bed linen were changed, and the rubbish was collected. There wasn’t any cleaning, although this wasn’t a major issue for us as we kept the flat clean ourselves. Overall, we would definitely recommend this accommodation, and if we return to Tenerife, we would happily stay here again.
There are a few things that could make the experience even better, especially for stays longer than a week.
* Wi-Fi in the flat: Having Wi-Fi inside the apartment would be a great improvement, even though it is available in the pool area.
* TV: A better TV would be appreciated, particularly for longer stays when these little things start to make a difference.
* Cleaning products: Providing a few additional cleaning products, such as a disinfectant and a floor cleaner, alongside the washing-up liquid already supplied, would be helpful.
* Oven trays: It would be great to have oven trays available, as we couldn’t use the oven during our stay because none were provided.
* Mattress and pillows: Personally, I found the mattress too soft and the pillows to be of rather low quality. However, this is subjective, as some people may prefer a softer foam mattress.
Despite these points, we had a lovely stay and would happily recommend YUCCA to others. With a few small improvements, the accommodation could offer an even better experience!
