The location was great for our short stay and the room was comfortable. The check-in and check-out were simple and the reception staff professional.
For the price I expected a slightly larger room. The room decoration was also a little tired - scuff marks on the walls etc.

Welcoming atmosphere. The staff had limited English but tried very hard to deal with any requests. Coffee machine in reception. Excellent location. French bakery just 2 minutes walk away. Tram line 1 stops just outside and goes to Peace Park.
Reception is on the 4th floor so if you wish to ask something on your way out you have to stop at 2 floors.

Comfortable and clean room
Good coffee machine in the lobby for free
Good location on a nice shopping street and relatively close to the main attractions of the city
Location is not great for car users and parking is quite far

Good location. Good to be close to transport and shops and restaurants
The room was reasonably small, with a large massage chair (which we didn't use) taking up a lot of the space. It also meant the bed was pushed up against one wall which is really awkward.
Another small issue was that it was so dark in the wardrobe you couldn't see inside your bag. We had to use our torch any time we wanted to find anything.
