The beds were comfortable, the room was super clean, so was the bathroom. The kitchenette has a fridge and a microwave and a stove, which was perfect. We loved the number pad locks, which was super easy to access! The staff member who met us was super wonderful and she was very informative!
Great value, great location close to the basilica Sagrada, two train stations, and a lot of bakeries (even a gluten free one!!j
You do have to carry your bags up the stairs for one floor.

Near everything
The shower area was clogged for 2 nights. Until it was declogged on the third day

It was convenient, clean and easy to get in and out
The towels were truly very old. One was even practically shredded. At this price, they could supply better towels .. and a decent piece of soap (not one that breaks as soon as you tear the packaging)

Good location
Noisy at night. Barking dogs too. We did sleep with sliding door wide open though !

"The property is close to metro stations and supermarkets. The Família Segradia is a short walk. The unit is well equiped with utensils. Staff are in the building if there are problems."
