The property was smart
The staff at reception
They overcharged me
When you go back to say why the bill is high
They talk behind to say I’m complaining about the bill .
They say my bill is correct I told them it not what booking . Com charged me . They say it’s taxes
Later I came back they still rude to me acting like I’m a crazy
After Alaz helped me he looked at my bill and asked how many nights you staying I said 3 nights he say it’s charged for 4 nights .
You see the other staff was not helpfull made fun of me like I’m crazy
There was no welcome to say what’s complimentary I had to find out myself
They look at status
ALAZ was the only friendly and clever staff
