This is an older-style property but the room we had was quite nice. It's a little noisier with the windows open but once I shut the windows I wasn't bothered by the traffic. The staff member was friendly and check-in was efficient. It was convenient to park.
There are lights on the veranda which illuminate the room in the evening whether you like it or not but I noticed that they seem to be turned off sometime after 10 pm.

Excellent position in Hamilton, right next to the Hamilton Hotel and very close to Brett’s Wharf
Bit dated but was clean

Room had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. I liked that you can have an airport transfer and the lady who took us was lovely, helpful and friendly.
Everything was fine no complaints
