The staff is excellent, extremely polite and helpful, they keep on checking on the guests to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The staff all the from the bell captain to the front desk manager were a pleasure to deal with.
The restaurant's menu can have more variety.

Nice room with comfortable beds. They let us check in early(12 PM) as the room was available. The staff was helpful and cooperative. We had to check out at 4 AM to catch the flight; they made the process smooth as well.
The foot pedal of the washroom dustbin was broken.
