historisches Gebäude mit tollem Ambiente. Sehr nette Eigentümer. wir hatten einen sehr netten Abend mit Weinkost des eigenen Weinguts und ein tolles Abendessen.

Le Mimosa is simply the best guesthouse/hotel that we visited amongst many in the Languedoc region. The large room with balcony was full of character, very comfortable and clean, and with a very modern bathroom. Catherine was extremely helpful and friendly and a pleasure to meet. Magdalena provided a superb and unforgetable wine-tasting with a large variety of exceptional wines and wonderful, warm conversation. To make the stay even more perfect the restaurant opposite, Le Pressoir, provided the highest quality food we've ever had in France. Altogether, an outstanding experience which we highly recommend to everyone!
