Location, level of service.
No own place to have a cup of coffee after a busy day, but plenty of such places around.

Location is perfect, hotel is nice but getting a bit dated. Room size and bed was good
Room upgrades are needed - the TV is old and didn't work properly. Also very limited channel selection and the casting capability was hit or miss. Pillows were lumpy and need upgrading

Great location - clean room, lovely bed
Restaurant shut down so the entry from Pottinger Street was shut and the staff made lame excuses about the reason. The lobby is very small so without the restaurant there was nowhere to meet guests

Location and bedding
Reception staff unattentive, dismissive and unwelcoming
