Quiet and easy access to trains

Basic clean bed and bathroom. Enough space (think hotel in Paris type). Just about enough room to open suitcases one at a time. Would not dock anything for this because it is super clean, fuctional and efficient.
Amenities not in bedroom and in the lobby was not comfortable. It is great if you dont need anything or need a few basic things.

Good location for local train not the best if you are coming directly from Narita. Great staff. Attached restaurant is very good. We enjoyed the breakfast variety.
Room was hot with poor air flow. Shower would not get cool only quite warm to very hot. Toilet seat was too warm and could not be adjusted lower. Small room but clean and efficient
