Customer service at cafe she was very warm welcoming and nice. Friendly face makes a big difference to guest. Scenic place

The mattress needs replacing, and the duvet provided was more suitable for summer than winter, as it was extremely thin and offered very little warmth. The cabin itself was very cold, and the wall heater did not warm the space sufficiently. We had to use the electric heater, but there was no safe or suitable place to position it. The small window was unsafe, as it was broken around the edges and could not be opened. During the storm, we could hear the wind coming through at every level, which made the night extremely uncomfortable and disrupted our sleep. The kettle and fridge could also be positioned more appropriately, or a shelf could be installed to provide a safer and more practical space for their use, away from wires and plug sockets. Overall, the cabin needs improvements to its heating, bedding, window safety and appliance layout to ensure guests have a comfortable and safe stay, particularly during the colder winter months. Toilets were mission think need more safety lights for night toilet trips horrible experiance during storm to get up middle of night to use toilet and minimum lights to guide.
