We liked the remote location of this grand old building, the kitchen was well equipped and very clean. Also a lovely log burner with a plentiful supply of logs made the cottage very cosy.
Nothing.

It was warm and comfortable and well equipped.
The house had an interesting history which was shown in pictures.
The long drive up to the property was potholed and muddy.
Minor roads in the area were not in good condition either.
Trees surrounded the property so it had very little sun.
