This apartment was convenient for us to locate on the Via Francigena and to access the old town. It was clean with a spacious bathroom and lovely towels. The owner was friendly and kindly interacted with the luggage courier for us.

The apartment was big and very confortable. Good Italian breakfast. The owner and staff were excellent. Very responsive.

Very friendly staff, great location just outside the walls and got the large studio with plenty of space including dining table and chairs. Encouraged to have two pastries and two coffees for our included breakfast!
Toilet did not always flush properly but guess owner on to this.

One croissant and a coffee. Not much of a breakfast
The air conditioner needs a service as it could not get the room cool… Hardly slept as it was so hot
Breakfast could have been much better.

"Location very close to the old town center. Great breakfast included in the bakery located on the ground floor of the building."
