The breakfast was excellent and there was variety that worked well for us - vegetarian and vegan options. Not so much gluten-free and lactose-free options, but there was a note to ask if you had special requirements.
Rooms were tiny and storage space very small. The room got cleaned well when they cleaned it, but often quite late in the day (like we'd go out and come back and the room would still not have been cleaned). I was also upset that one my first day I asked for an invoice for the first 3 days to be reimbursed separate from my last day, and when I was checking out, the person at reception couldn't figure out how to do it. So that bugged me, because I had already paid when checking in, and this could have been ready way earlier.

excellent location near to Blaak, in a quiet corner next to the canal and historic ships, at a great price, Clean, tidy with friendly staff. Rooms spotless and all areas easy to use by myself who has a minor disability.
Nothing.
