I do not know why there were such negative reviews - my experience was very positive.
Very clean, great location - near U-bahn and S-bahn stations, 2 supermarkets nearby, very clean room, quiet neighborhood (although there are construction works on the building but I have not noticed any noise)
None so far. Price could be lower but it is Germany, not Balkans after all....

The availability and the option for a late check-in with a code to acess a deposit to get the key to enter.
The location close to s-bahn.
The key that open the front door was the same that opened my room😳. (I was thinking if the key of the other rooms would do the same)
The room was the extreme basic for a night sleep. The bathroom had towels, head dryer, toilet paper and a very few amount of handwashing gel.
