Very special place. Beautiful and classy home, that has a great mix of a hotel and a BnB. The decor is nice. The rooms and bed are very comfortable. The breakfast was great.
Didn’t love the town it was in, we wished we could have stayed in Puerto Varas proper. But it was worth it for the quality if the hotel.

Lovely hotel in beautiful grounds. Great breakfast. Good attention to detail.
Kitchen opening in the evening was random, some days open some not so difficult to plan. Car park small. Llanquihue is not as nice as other towns on the lake.

Wonderful place, beautiful old property, with magnificent antiques.
Great staff, did everything to help and make us feel welcome. We traveled with bikes and they stored our bikes in the garage. Muchas gracias!

Breakfast is very nice
The hotel surroundings and ambiance are good
Need to seriously invest in a new coffee maker so guests can enjoy hot coffee the first time around.
The room 2nd floor facing the lagoon was small, I bumped my head pretty good near the bed where the ceiling gets much lower.
