We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Miss Angel was incredibly kind and arranged our room beautifully. She gave us one of the best rooms in the hotel. The hotel was very clean and well organized, and all the staff were helpful and welcoming. Thank you for making our stay so special!

I extended my stay due to comfort, fair pricing and Friendly Services. With the special welcoming and assistance of Mr. Nadeem, I really appreciate his Friendliness, and Professionalism, because of his great assist, i decided to just stay in this hotel, (no need to transfer again to another hotel) and extend for some days - after all, the location is very good and accessible to my meeting areas.. i want to mention also the hardwork and promptness of the housekeeping team. Really they are doing very well their job.
Hope the hotel will install sound system control in the rooms in the future. And be converted to a Smart TV.

Nice room
Staff at reception were not polite & ungraceful for a hospitality industry - one elderly person & another younger lady who offered similar cold response, so this seems to be the culture
