place is exceptional. The 2 guys from reception Mehul and the other one were really prpfoessional and helpful,I Like their pool sp I went for a dive 2 hour after I checked in It was cold even the weather was so hot so it feels so refreshing that time.. the next morning I just didnt like the girl approach who is incharge in welcoming the guests in breakfast,I forgot her name, she needs rest I need to improve her way of dealing w the guest..but the manager in the restaurant, it was the other woman who approach each guest made sure we enjoyed our meal. All in all a reall 5 star stay.. kudos
Just the girl who was incharge in welcoming the guests in breakfast buffet. She needs IMPROVEMENT..if she has problems at home she better not bring it at work.5 STAR IS ALL ABOUT HOSPITALITY AND FINESSE and she better not intimidate guests weather shes alone, couple or group or whichever they come from different walks of life. Be genuinely Kind !!
