The place looks magical, it is very cozy and every corner looks special. The layout of the building is very intriguing: corridors, cute windows, lounges, stairs and decorations. Rooms are very spacious. We enjoy the stay very much.
During long weekend it was hard to find a scooter to rent so plan ahead.

One of the best boutique hotels in Goa. The facilities and most importantly the staff. We found them happy, smiling and always ready to help. The rooms were very well laid out and spacious, the breakfast was very good. Excellent value for the money we paid.

Lovely old building. Stylish & interesting with a colonial feel.
Saraiya in spa provided excellent massage.
Nothing worked properly. The phone system was faulty so had to communicate with reception by whatsapp. The WiFi was poor signal and often none so made it difficult to work. The doors did not shut properly.
It was difficult to find staff to ask for a drink
