Location is great. Really great value for money. They have so many rooms! We like the older ones built in stone as they are cooler and more quiet, but they also come with more mosquitoes, so pick your tradeoff! Breakfast is good and included although there are many cute spots with trendier options. Pools are heavy on chlorine but often not crowded.
Bedsheets are sometimes synthetic which makes for a hot uncomfortable night. This is not hotel-dependent, but bring mosquito repellent or a zapping racket!

Included breakfast was filling and delicious as well as the restaurant's made to order food. AC worked great. Complex was large with lots of stone and trees, hammocks and two pools! Get 10% off at water-front restaurant down the street. TV had streaming services available as well as cable. Location could not have been better- right around the corner of the main street making the walking distance to many surf shops, stores, and restaurants just <5 min.
Our room on the outer perimeter of the complex was noisy in the mornings from the street outside- not too bad though. Water in shower didn't get hot, but was not unbearable by any means.

Properly was aesthetically pleasing and well maintained; cool art installations and cool layout. Pools were warm, but this was not surprising given the humidity. Location was great although rooms by the street may are within earshot of weekend nightlife; hotel is only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Beds were comfortable and room was air conditioned. Staff are helpful and are available 24/7.
Bathroom faucet and shower were in need of improvement. Shower was clogged and shower head didn’t spray water evenly.
