Location and facilities
They were expecting some VIP to visit and we were asked to go and sit down and wait for checking in, we were already tired from long travel. After sometime, when I approached the checkin desk, I realised that we were forgotten and then check in happened. If you ask us to wait, then you must also remember guests are waiting to check in.

Ambience, Staff and location
Old carpet smell in the walk up to the room. Room itself is not up to great standards.
