i would like the hotel to pay more attention to guest when he / she says they are unwell and need some inhouse items from kitchen etc. they should be attended to and given as there is no inhouse first aid or doctor facility

Very friendly and efficient staff. Good location. Easy check in and check out process.
Rooms did not have enough lightening. Seemed dark at night.
Room fittings a bit older and could have been cleaner. Not much variety of food during breakfast and the food did not seem 5 star quality.
