I was disappointed to find,on arrival, that this facility does NOT in fact have an operational restaurant,or offer room service or breakfast. I had bookef and paid online prior to arrival or I would have found other accomodatiin
There should have been advice that a restaurant was not available. There was difficulty communicating with the elderly receptionist.

The owners were delightful. The rooms were up to standard despite showing their age a bit. Location is perfect for accessing the Yarra or getting into the city.

Good location. Lovely staff. Very original but you get what you pay for and it was a great price for the nights stay I needed for a medical appointment
