The motel was well situated, and quieter than I expected, given that there was some overnight roadwork. Short drive to dining venues in Rosebud. Quite comfortable, as I slept through my alarm! A good find at short notice.
Internet service was quite slow. Slightly tricky to enter and exit at corner of main road

Right across the road from the beach.
The accomodation was clean & tidy.
Bed linen & towels were also ultra clean.

The location, the size of the room and bathroom. Adequate parking
No smart tv, the shower had little water pressure and the water wouldn’t heat up, the door was very hard to open with the key
