You have a really individualised and isolated (in a good way) feeling from your room. You are surrounded by nature and even a river. The pool area is gorgeous, the staff are super friendly and accommodating. The restaurant and food are top notch. The property is beautifully designed and feels luxury. They allowed us to arrive early and stay after check-out to enjoy the gorgeous pool area.
We felt like we were interrupted too often by people knocking on our door and calling our room while we were relaxing in the room. We understand that they were trying to provide care of us, but it felt intrusive.

The hotel was perfect! Beautiful room and great facilities, wonderful view to the sea, great food and the personnel was super polite and supportive! They also surprised us with a honeymoon dinner, which was the perfect ending to our stay!
Absolutely nothing

Nice room, comfortable bed. Close proximity to the jetty.
Lack of service.
Little things like unable to change 500 rupees fo
Into 100 rupee notes for us to tip.
Unable to take you two minutes down the road to the village in one of their numerous buggies.
Keeping us waiting in their lounge when our room was ready - had to ask numerous times for them to check.
We are in our 80s.
Farewell after five nights was a non event.
