Staff was very kind and welcoming.
Traditional dinner and breakfast were good.
The environment was clean.
Futon and pillows were very comfortable.
The room was cold despite using the heater and there's no heater in the toilet either.
No shower in the room: shower was available only in the private onsen, this means that if you need to shower after midnight you can't as the onsen closes at this time. Also, if someone else is using the onsen you cannot access it to have a shower.
The onsen water was so hot that was not possible to stay in. This is the first time it happens as we've never had this problem in other Japanese onsen before.
There's no booking system to use the private onsen, this means that if other guests are using them you have to wait. Also, you could not be able to use the onsen you want.
