Amazing friendly and accommodating staff
Good quick room service
Amazing breakfast selection
Room was big and bathroom stunning
Some of the spa facilities didnt work or were breaking e.g. jacuzzi tiles were falling off and some areas were covered in grime. Also the robes and towels they give you for the spa are horrendously old and smelly

Very clean, lovely spa facilities.
We paid for a jacuzzi with our room. It was too cold to get in! It was a constant fight back and forth with reception, the hotel manager and his manager also. They kept sending for their technician to come and check the temperature to try to disprove us.
Also, our rooms were cleared and the glasses left outside our door. For some reason, they stayed in that place for multiple days before being cleared. Both times!
