Location and decoration
The stairs, breakfast small selection of fruit. Restaurant service very slow. Lost the vibe it used to have. Needs a more hands on manager in restaurant to get the vibe back. Definitely more like a pub chain rather than a good standard restaurant and hotel.

Charm and location. Staff was incredibly friendly
No AC but thankfully there was a fan in the closet for us to use. Shower needed to be cleaned a little better. (Mildew)

Location.
The room was facing a fence. The in room facilities were poor. No breakfast included despite it being £170 for the night, it wasn’t good value for money.
