The place has an amazing charme, immersed im the jungle and right on the water. We got a free room upgrade for a nice space with patio in the jungle. There is always an hammock to rest on. The hot shower is nice and they even had conditioner!!! It is incredible how they managed all the different amenities! Staff is super nice and attentive, helping with all the activities and tours. Wilmer was the best :)
We loved the family dinner. We used the kayak as well. Wifi was working greatly and free water refill. They also have great drinks and juices! There was a tobogan on the deck to get into the water, which was fun!
We could see dragonflies, a lot of crabs, iguanas, camaleons, gekos etc. Can't wait to go back!
For us, it was way better than expected but, please beware that you are literally in the jungle, so expect to encounter some insects like spiders and bugs, it is part of the experience of lodging in the jungle. Anyway, a mosquito net is provided on the bed for a good sleep with no issues. We wish we could stay longer!

Gorgeous location, loved the riverside access with a waterslide and pontoon. Family dinners were a nice way to meet other guests. Beds were comfortable and I liked the mosquito nets! Staff were friendly although not always present. I liked the little adventures on the kayaks and they were great for organising shuttles and providing local information.
Facilities were basic/ in keeping with what you’d expect for an eco lodge in the jungle. I was surprised that the dinners were western meals, would have preferred some local food.

The dorm room was really comfortable, I ended up with a double bed to myself with a mosquito net. Everything was as clean as it could be in the middle of the jungle. Family dinner was nice to socialise. Enjoyed the hammocks and kayaks.
Family dinner could’ve been included in the price since you don’t really have any other option, also dietary requirements weren’t really thought about, you have to really ask and press them to be catered for. The volunteer that worked there didn’t seem to care much and gave us some wrong information about how long the kayaking would take realistically.
