The whole room was lovely..
Had rooms changed as dog couldn't walk up stairs, unfortunately was given a room not suited gor a dog.
I was told it was dog friendly but the room we were in 29b i think it was, we didn't see the back yard space wasn't fully closed in. At 1.30am hubby Let our 13y old dog out to go to the toilet, he went to the loo went back to the yard and the dog was gone.. apperiently the side was fully open so she walked off and we nearly lost her as she was on the other side of the hotel.. thankfully we found her after calling out and finding her, plus she is deaf too so thankfully we saw her. The room needs to have the yard closed in.
Plus there was no egg flipper in the draw. Had to flip my pancakes with forks lol

The staff were super helpful and lovely. Felt very welcoming. Love the coffee machine in reception, great touch. Everything was easy. No stairs. Great!!
Nothing. Wish there was a gym though!

The location was great.
The coffee cups had stains on them, the aircon remote was broken and the aircon made noise every time it started and stopped throughout the night
