You get what you pay for with this chain of hotels. Small but well equipped rooms with little storage space and a tiny but well equipped bathroom. For a solo traveller Toyoko Inns make a lot of sense but I think for a couple you would find the space too limiting.
The hotel is very clean and well managed and, like all their hotels, in a pretty good location.
They are VERY strict with check in times so don't expect to be allowed into your room early!
Breakfast, although included, is a zoo! Only Korean food available (plenty of it though), shared tables, big queues for everything due to everyone in the hotel seemingly going for breakfast at the same time. The coffee is good and that's pretty much all I had in my few days at the hotel.
Using the lifts (just 2 lifts) in the morning breakfast/check out time is a nightmare as they simply can't cope with the volume of people wanting to use them.
Saying all this, I would still use this chain again due to value for money and location but just make sure you book well ahead as they are extremely popular

The room was limited in space, yet fully functional. It had all the necessary amenities I could have wanted, though everything was quite cramped. If you decide to stay in the center of Busan—rather than by the sea near the popular beaches—this is an excellent location. Considering the price, it easily earns a 10.
The breakfast was entirely "Asian-style," with very few of the items we are accustomed to eating for breakfast in Europe.

Great modern hotel with everything you need for a short stay. Room was small but very functional. Location was great near a major metro station and perfect for getting down town or up to the bus station. Breakfast was amazing too, lots of variety and very cost reasonable.
