The staff was very helpful in planning and booking activities. They were happy to recommend where to go and what to do and provided detailed direction on how to get there. The location was convenient to everything. Lots to do and see in a walkable area. Everything to do in a short bus ride from a nearby stop. Plenty of clean bathrooms and cute and comfortable common areas. Kitchen had everything you needed and was clean. Nice bar too! Comfortable beds with soft Duvet.
The beds were comfortable but made noise every time someone moved. That combined with hallway and noise from doors made it less quiet than I hoped. Some areas were a bit run down and showing age, but I would stay there again

Close to multiple points of interest. Nice view and close to affordable supermarkets.
Utterly dirty. The kitchen was always smelly, with mouldy products in the kitchen. People couldn’t label their food as in 7 days I stayed there there weren’t tags, therefore is hard for the cleaners to bin the food of those who leave the hostel. The sheets were dirty and extremely old (yellow and with holes).
The kitchen was so dirty and smelly that people commented on avoiding it actively because it was repulsive.
