Location is great, I've stayed a few times here and every apartment is different which I kind of like. Always clean and tidy and no hassle getting in and out or with other guests

This property was a great size with all needed amenities and a beautiful little court yard right outside of the door.
The bathroom was small and the shower head/shower was hard to keep from spilling into the bathroom floor.

It’s not going to be the nicest place you’ve ever stayed but the location is great, decent sized room with all you could need. Not for those who are picky but convenient and would use again.
Kettle was dirty and therefore unusable.
Comfort level required with your travelling partner and the toilet was a couple metres from the bed lol

The property was close to the train station by 10 minute walk and across from the science museum. The bed was very comfortable, and there was a sofa bed that we did not use.
One night at 3 am someone had difficulty getting into their apartment and started banging on all the doors on the floor and that went on for about 20 minutes. The light above the oven is basically unusable because when you turn on the fan is so unbearably loud that you cannot leave it on very long. That being said the apartment needs more light in the apartment. It’s way too dark. None of the windows open so after a day of being out of the apartment the apartment is very stuffing and humid. You need to use the air conditioning unit to clear the air. Also, Getting into the apartment on the first day was a nightmare. Numa kept saying that the apartment was available to enter, but the code they sent wasn’t working and it took a while to actually get to our live person on chat to reset the apartment door and enter. Finally, there are 4 or 5 different apartment building entrances to the various Numa buildings with the name “dockside apartment” so it was unclear which outside entrance was the one that accessed the apartment we were looking for.
