The location of this property was wonderful!
It is listed that AC is available from 7 pm to 7 am and I found that this wasn’t true. AC would not work until I asked an employee, and even the next days it would not come on until around 11 pm.

Great location at about 7 mins walk from main train station and bus stop. Shops nearby for supplies if you are on a budget and the beds were very comfortable even though the rooms are on the small side.
Only one combined toilet with a shower for many guests made it difficult to access the toilet first thing in the morning when people were getting showered. They really could do with a spare separate toilet. Shared utensils were very spares (few cups for coffee or tea) . The free coffee advertised was only available in a separate building where the reception is located, we were in the annex a short walk down the street (the outdoor communal area was also located there)

The location was very good for the price. Breakfast not included. Room was clean and calm
My bed didn't have a plug next to my head, sometimes people confuse beds (beds are not numbered) but not a big deal.

1. Not until I paid for reservation and both contacted & arrived at the property did I hear about an age limit of 49. I was told reluctantly that I would be accommodated.
I asked to be shown where the requirement was advertised but was unsuccessful in receiving a notice. Felt discriminated against. Self conscious with the young hostelers but when I shared my situation they assured me they were fine with me being there at my age - 71.
2. Toilet non working 2 out of 3 nights. Required walking from room, through front desk area, kitchen, & hallway to alternate bathroom. (I peed in the shower.)
Checked out final day & toured. Waited to use restroom until I returned for my belongings but denied usage by attendant. “Not allowed,” she said. I argued for leniency since I’d been inconvenienced two nights. She didn’t want to accommodate me because feared she’d lose her job. (When she was helping others, I snuck through kitchen & used restroom in another part of facility.)
