Location to Kaiteriteri, views and great food. Also loved the opportunities to be pampered if you wanted to. Great staff and lovely relaxing place to stay. Would have enjoyed an extra night.

We had an amazing stay and were made very welcome by Jane. The rooms were spacious with a beautiful view. We loved the steamroom, the pool and the spas. The food in the restaurant was delicious too. We really enjoyed the fitness walk.
The absolute highlight was the glow-worm walk. It was breathtaking to be surrounded by all the glow-worms and being able to almost touch them ( although we left them undisturbed). Very highly recommend walking down to see the glowworms at night - there is a rope along the glow-worm section of the track so you can turn off your flashlight and follow in the darkness.
