I liked that they had a safe water park for the kids.
The food was not the best. My room did not have a blow dryer, and toiletries were not provided. The staff member refilling the fridge even asked me for money to stock Presidente beer, even though that was one of the beers served on the property. Overall, the family side was not treated nearly as well as the adults-only side. It also felt like if you did not have a Diamond Club bracelet, the level of service was noticeably poorer.
