Very helpful and respectful, Kay was exceptional.
All good.

Great room. Having a sofa was good for the evening. Kitchen was set up well and even had a coffee machine with pods.
Parking was great. Very little outside noise. Bed was comfortable. TV has all the movie channels. Perfect for winding down after work.
Sofa was a bit hard. Can't really fault anything.

Great facilities, great sized room, close to the city centre

The room was spacious and well decorated (if you appreciate the millennial grey vibe). The shower water pressure was fantastic - almost too much for the drain to handle!
There was a funny smell in the room. The aircon is in need of a service or replacement. Walls had a lot of grubby marks left on them.
