Location, nearby attractions, peaceful area. The Pizza plaze nextdoor (Napoli?) was AWESOME, open 24hrs and super friendly and caring staff.
Lareem's breakfast was a disappointment, very short window and only toast, however, the cafe nearby are super good, walkable (Cafe Lucia), spectacular views etc.

"Room was very nice. View was spectacular. Very quiet neighborhood, at least during our time.
Staff very friendly.
Unfortunately, hotel was doing renovations during our stay."
