Breakfast was amazing, location perfect. The yomp up the hill was killer so I appreciated the bus service and evening free taxi from the town. This did however limit my time in the town (which is fine). The spa was really good but lacked people. Maybe I was unlucky
I have stayed in Ortisei five times and this is the first time that a Dolomiti Spa pass was not included (I had to pay 29Euros to access it) - Very disappointed about that. This was probably the best hotel in Ortisei with a good price but the lack of Spa pass would make me choose somewhere else next time (maybe)

Excellent stay in a very comfortable apartment. A wonderful experience!

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, with a great bathroom and a nice view. The staff were very friendly, and daily housekeeping was great. Although the hotel is uphill from the town centre, getting there was easy with public transport and the hotel’s free shuttle service. We also received guest cards, which included free public transport during our stay. Wifi was also great.
Breakfast was quite average with a very limited selection. The packed breakfast was disappointing: we received the food the night before, so it wasn’t very fresh by the next morning, and we had to pack everything ourselves. Late checkout was also not available, even when we offered to pay extra. Didn't have a kettle in the room to make tea.
