Friendly staff lovely old style pub with excellent food. We stayed in a shepherds hut with beautiful views. Very cute and cosy. We will be back.

Everything was perfect for my short break away.
I really enjoyed my evening meal of Lamb Shank . The breakfast was excellent as was the service. My room was ideal, very clean, very comfortable, and very quiet. Included in my room was everything and more than I needed.
The Plough wasn't that busy during my visit and the road was closed so very little passing traffic.
I would like to stay again sometime in the not too distant future and perhaps even request the same room again.
With not being a dog owner I would usually stay somewhere that doesn't allow dogs in the bedrooms. However, I have to say that my room was immaculately clean so I have no complaints on this occasion.
