Location was great and the little touches in the hotel were really appreciated. Beautiful design. The standout was the staff, from the moment we walked in they were just incredible, made us feel welcome, nothiong was too much trouble.

Inexpensive hotel, beautiful trees and plants, wonderful salt pool.
Staff was overheard laughing about guests. Staff found hiding behind bar in restaurant, on their phones, constantly...have to find them to ask for drinks or food. Couldn't get massage pkg next day (they advertised could get with 1 hour notice). Internet connection very weak with loss of signal. No remote for TV in our room, asked about it, they had to bring in another tv, but it only streamed, and again their internet signal was weak. Rats running around the dining area, saw at least 20, which since they only have outdoor dining, wasn't the best. Staff contacted me directly afterwards begging for positive review, said needed several or manager would fire them.
