The location of the hotel is excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable. The entire property was very clean and well maintained . The staff were polite, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast spread was excellent with a wide variety of food options to choose from. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very well located right in the center of Ranchi. The staff is really very friendly and helpful.
The rooms are quite "worn out". I had a business class room, there was smell of tobacco in the bathroom as the ventilation obviously worked in reverse. The water drained into the sink poorly, the bath tub and the curtain in it had some stains of rust.

Reception staff have to be more prompt, forthcoming, proactive. They can't afford to be slow and irresponsible
