A beautiful building with a lovely, traditional Andalusian style. The room itself was charming, with very comfortable beds and crisp, fresh sheets every day. It was also very thoughtful of the owners to turn on the heating when the temperature dropped due to the rainy weather. A much-appreciated gesture that made our stay even more comfortable. The location was excellent, just a short walk from all the major attractions, including the entrance to the Alhambra.The owners also serve a great breakfast just across the street, which was a lovely and convenient way to start the day.
On the downside, the floors could have been cleaner, and the bathroom was rather cramped, with very little space for everyday toiletries. The room also felt somewhat overfurnished, leaving limited space for our suitcases and belongings. As we were three adults, the bunk bed was rather small and not particularly comfortable for an adult.

Prompt checkin. Lovely room overlooking street up to Alhambra. Four poster bed and separate seating area. Very clean. Very moorish. We loved it. Breakfast very reasonably priced at a small cafe run by the couple who run Pension Alfin. Will definitely visit again

Room furniture was artistic and the room itself, even if it doesn’t have air conditioning, stays cool day and night, even with 30+°C outside. The room had a fan to use in case it became too hot. A bit humid for my taste but nothing too bad.
Of the two windows that the room had, one (in the bathroom) looked directly into the small internal patio where other guests might stroll, and the other (right next to the bed) looked directly onto the street where people walked by day and night. There was a window blind consisting of lists in order for air to come in and an internal wooden blind, so you had to choose if you wanted to circulate air or not risk people seeing you in your room.
Because the room was cool we could keep the blinds closed and use the artificial light, and of course all the other rooms on the higher floor(s) wouldn’t have this problem.

This is a very beautiful, quiet historic former family home/mansion circa 1711 that was absolutely perfect. The room was huge with high ceilings, gorgeous antique furnishings, an extremely comfortable four poster bed, 2 Juliette balconies and exquisite paintings and tapestries. Café across the road is a bonus!
I loved every element.
