היה לנו פשוט נפלא! המקום היה מאוד שקט, נעים ובאווירה ביתית. הבריכה והסאונה היו מצוינות והכול עבד בצורה מושלמת.
היה במקום כל מה שצריך למנגל, כולל כל הציוד הדרוש. ליד הכניסה יש פינה ירוקה ויפה עם שולחן וכיסאות, שהיה מאוד נעים לשבת בה.
המארחים היו מקסימים, אדיבים וכל הזמן התעניינו אם הכול בסדר ואם אנחנו צריכים משהו.
נהנינו מאוד, בהחלט נשמח לחזור וממליצים בחום! 😊

We got a really warm hospitality, the host was very kind and patient, gave us good tips for traveling, and was very attentive.
The pool, jacuzzi and sauna were clean and a great winter experience. Overall it was a very good experience.

Quiet, beautiful location; great for families. AC was awesome. Everything we needed to cook and relax was available. Chen and his father were very kind and gracious hosts. Our lovely neighbors were some of the kindest people we’ve met on our trip— it was a shame we didn’t get to say goodbye. It was our favorite place to stay during our 2 week trip.

מקום מרווח עם הרבה אופציות לילדים
אירוע בטיחותי חמור בבריכה והתנהלות מאכזבת בעקבותיו
התארחנו במקום עם שלושת ילדינו, ולצערנו חווינו אירוע מפחיד מאוד, שהיה עלול להסתיים באסון.
במהלך השהות בבריכה, שערה של בתנו הבכורה נשאב לתוך אחד הפתחים בבריכה ונלכד בו. היא לא הצליחה להשתחרר, ונוצר מצב של סכנת טביעה ממשית. כדי לחלץ אותה נאלצנו לכבות את המערכת ולמשוך אותה בכוח. ברגעים הקריטיים הללו לא היה איש צוות במקום שיכול היה לסייע לנו.
חשוב לי לציין שאנשי הצוות הפגינו אכפתיות ודאגה לאחר המקרה, ואנחנו מעריכים זאת. עם זאת, התאכזבנו מאוד מכך שמעבר להבעת הדאגה, לא הרגשנו שניתנה התייחסות הולמת לחומרת האירוע. לא הוצע לנו כל פיצוי או אפילו מחווה סמלית בעקבות החוויה הקשה שעברנו.
אנחנו מבינים שתקלות עלולות לקרות, אבל כשמדובר בסכנת חיים של ילדה, הציפייה היא לאחריות, למענה בשעת חירום ולהתנהלות שתשקף את חומרת המקרה.
אני כותבת את הדברים לא רק מתוך אכזבה אישית, אלא בעיקר כדי שמשפחות אחרות יהיו מודעות לסיכון וכדי שהמקום יוודא שאירוע כזה לא יוכל להתרחש שוב.
