The hotel offers excellent value for money, with significantly lower prices compared to other accommodation options in the area. The location is excellent, parking is convenient, and the mattresses are very comfortable. Overall, a great budget-friendly option for visiting Venice.
Although we booked a double bed, it was actually two single beds pushed together that kept moving apart during the night, making it uncomfortable for a couple. We were also provided with a blanket without a proper duvet cover.
On our second day, we left at 8:00 AM and returned at 7:00 PM after a long day exploring Venice, only to find that our room had not been cleaned.
We only requested fresh towels, but after waiting 30 minutes with no response, I had to go downstairs and repeatedly ask the receptionist before finally receiving them. The staff were polite, but the service was inefficient and frustrating.
Additionally, the breakfast we purchased on the second morning was very limited in variety.

Great value for money! This hotel was conveniently located close to the train station and very easy to reach. The location was perfect for exploring Venice, as we could be on the main island within 20 minutes of leaving the hotel. A great, affordable option for anyone wanting to visit Venice without paying the high prices of staying on the island. Would definitely recommend!

Good breakfast, close enough to the train station. Bus stop just outside. Room space just enough for a couple. Receptionists were nice, kind, and responsive.
Room without window you can open. Separate shower room so small and there is no soap holder or shelf for soap, so a plastic stool had to be brought inside to hold the soap, shampoo, and other items. This made the shower room feel even smaller.

Location to bus for Venice was great. I liked the car park situation. Air conditioning worked very well. Room was clean and quiet despite being next to a very busy road.
Breakfast was modest at best for a typical European breakfast. The amenities in the room were non existent. No soap dish in shower so you had to hold the soap the whole time. No safe.
