i’m a wheelchair user who fully depends on my mobility device, and i have to say the hotel is excellent for my needs. i’d say the accessibility varies for people with different level injuries and needs, but for me it was great. the wheelchair accessible room features a slope and a built in bathtub, which is at the perfect height for me to transfer and get down into the tub! the staff is also very kind and friendly, and i really appreciated their politeness.
the only thing i could possibly think of would be the slope toward the entrance of the hotel. it’s a tiny bit steep and when getting up from the street, i almost fell forward once. if they could improve the ramp or include a more comfortable side entrance, it’d be amazing.

It was walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars
It didn’t have a wash/dry machine to wash your clothes.

Hotel was very clean. Staff was very helpful. Location to restaurants on the street and subway was very good
Spa bath does not work and bathroom has no door from the bedroom. Shower door and toilet door are the same.

Nice amount of space and good bathroom facilities. Bed was comfy and decent cleaning service. Location was decent, we hired bikes and were able to get into the centre quickly, also a choice of 2 metro stations nearby 5-10 mins walk away.
Very disappointed that the jets in the bathtub didnt work - was one of the deciding factors in choosing this room type! Also the room was HOT, I couldnt get the air conditioning to work properly the whole time. The staff weren't as welcoming as you might hope.
