I choosed this place for very good location and good price (my 2nd stay here). The room was small, but with comfortable mattress. I can advice it for a solo traveller 1-2 nights visit.
Last time i had bathroom with a window, this time - not. My main discomfort was having a wet towels at the room, as they didn't dry after the shower (I don't know if there was an option to change them during the stay).

The bed was large and the mattress was comfy.
The bathroom was cramped.

The day which we stayed, there were a lot of kids running up and down inside in the building, it was totally chaos!
Also, rooms were very small and there were no lights on the bathroom (which is also too small).
