The room was spacious and beds comfortable. It was clean.
It lacked warmth. No welcoming smile from receptionists and lots of them around the front desk but nobody even looked our way. The downstairs layout of restaurant and bar is odd. We think maybe they cater for bus tours or large groups as big but clinical, not attractive or inviting to sit in.

The room was ok
Pool area very run down. I was charged $1000 pesos for washing clothes I have paid in many other hotels from $150 to $300 pesos. The hotel returned $300 but still it’s robbery….
