Very affordable price and comfortable room for one night in Leicester

Location, friendly owner/manager.
Outdated rooms and old furniture. Service needs to be improved. Uncomfortable bed, can feel the springs. Heard noise from upstairs and on staircases until late nights. Cold water tap in the toilet was broken, but the manager provided packaged water bottles. Adding a hand napkin, clothes hangers in the room would be helpful. Poor mobile phone signal in the hotel, so one is forced to use hotel wi-fi, the access details of which will be provided only if you ask!
